Jonathan Elwell Bespoke Joinery Ltd. is a family run business based in North Wales (25 minutes away from Chester), specialising in bespoke solid wood doors, windows, and joinery. Since 1998 we’ve worked with homeowners, architects, renovators and builders across the UK and built a solid reputation for exceptional, high quality doors, windows and joinery.
What began as a one man workshop has grown into a skilled team, creating bespoke, made to measure products for homes across the UK. for over 25 years. We’re committed to training and we employ apprentices, who learn directly from our skilled staff and attend college ensuring our traditional craftsmanship and high standards continue into the future.
We combine traditional joinery techniques with carefully sourced, kiln-dried high-grade timbers, and all products are supplied with Teknos factory-applied coatings for superior weather resistance, colour stability, and a premium finish that’s built to last. Other finishes, such as Osmo, are also available to suit your preference. This ensures every door and window is both beautiful and durable. Whether it’s a period property or a contemporary home, we take pride in tailoring each design to suit your style and needs.
Although our workshop and showroom are based near Chester and Cheshire, we deliver throughout the UK and we also offer a fitting service in many areas.
We make all styles of doors from the wood, style, sizes and colour of your choice, ironmongery and glass and multipoint winkhaus locking systems. Our bespoke solid wood doors are made to measure to your exact specifications. We create all styles of doors — from classic to contemporary — in the wood, size, style, and colour/finish of your choice. Each door is custom made with your preferred ironmongery, glass, and high security multipoint Winkhaus locking systems for exceptional security and performance.
